Edgeland worked with the Waterford Village to develop a masterplan that helped integrate the existing neighborhoods with its adjacent waterfront. With a focus on pedestrian safety, a series of pedestrian-friendly, transit-orientated design features were proposed to provide access for the community. Adjoining the proposed parks are newly added pedestrian bridges that will fully integrate both sides of the Fox River.
